IP Interview
I screwed up. I stepped in and well, I forgot everything I prepared. As usual. Then they asked me stupid questions. And I answered the wrong things plus I was like, monosyllabic. And well, yeah. I screwed it up.
Ja's Birthday and Farewell Party
It was great! We had so much food, like 4 Large pizzas, fries, yakitori, sushi, fruits... Oh man, it was too much. Cong and the others didn't come. So sad. =(
We watched the Olympics there: the Li Jia Wei match against that stupid she-man. And she LOST. It's all that she-man's fault.Hmph.

We prank called a few people. Like the gay softball coach.

Wow.
Today, Simo just praised me. No. Really. I remembered halfway through her long speech cum scolding that I had actually filed my Science. Wow. The fact that I've actually filed it...woah. The MIRACLE that i've actually REMEMBERED...WOAH. So she was like, " See ah, 2i, even Dawn has filed her Science ah." And I was like, *blink blink* "Even though she can be quite(struggles for a suitable word) absent-minded you know.-blah blah blah-" At this point, everyone starts consoling me.
It sounds okay, doesn't it? But let me explain. It sounds all right on paper. But the way she says it makes it sound like an insult.
I never want to be teacher's pet. I'll rather be teacher's-pain-in-the-ass. So there.

Teacher's Day Presents
Guess what? We're supposed to give our form and co-form teachers presents right? Deborah came up with this really good suggestion. So now we're gonna give Lao Shi 2 movie tickets to go watch movies since she likes to watch movies so much. MagSim gets ...bread. But I suppose she gets what she deserves. So you can't blame us.

Health Talks Stink.
Some stupid lady comes to school. Gives us a health talk on EATING DISORDERS. Ha! I wasn't even paying attention to the 1980s plus video. Okay...so maybe I was. In the wrong way.
So anyway, immediately after that, i go and grab an ice-cream and eat KFC.
Talk about ironic.

NDP and Singapore Idol
I watched the Parade live! But I was at the Grandstand, so I don't think anyone saw me.Thanks to Eleanor for the tix, and her uncle and cousin Amanda for the great company.The Parade was...short.And then we picked up some of the confetti.And we went to Amanda's house, cause apparently, it was Eleanor's uncle's birthday. So Sandra, Amanda's P6 sister( with some help from her mum?, and absolutely NO help from us :P)made this huge Baked Alaska thing. It was damn good.
And then I went home. And woke up at 10am.And found out that Yam and gang were having a sleepover at Ken's house.Poor Jono. No breakfast for him.
But I was unsympathetic, cause I was stuck at home doing my homework(wich I still have NOT finished), while they were playing Kirby's Air Ride.Not fair.
Singapore Idol, which I missed(no thanks to the Parade) was apparently funny.Not that I would know, since Yam didn't tell me anything. and I had to get it from other sources. Thanks a lot, expressionless-yam thing.
There was like, a lemon-tree guy, the stripper, the guy who lost his voice(literally), the opera singer, and today, THE BANANA GUY! Woot!
Yam, I want to kill you. WHY ARE YOU STAYING AT HOME!!!!!!!

AC Superstar
Heya, I'm back from the American Idol-like AC Superstar!
As usual, I call Yam and ask him where he is. After all, he does have my ticket...He(deaf as usual) can't understand a word I'm saying, and in frustration I hang up. You can't really blame me.
So instead of meeting Cryssie at the canteen, I end up at the covered area, which is crowded like hell. and he still asked me to meet him there. I look around. Nope, no short people around.A lot of short skirts though...then pissed off, I call Yam again to ask what he's wearing for easier identification. He tells me confidently that he's wearing black.As if.
Soon, he walks? up to me and my mind goes like, who the hell's this person and why is he waving like an idiot at me?! Then my mind does this whole recognition thing and finally,FINALLY! I get to see what he really looks like. actually, he kinda looks like Shaun No. 2 from the Basic camp. The gay one.
He's wearing a NAVY BLUE shirt, and then we had a debate on wherther it was black or navy blue.Colourblind freak.*mutters*.I decide to be nice and pay him the $10, only to receive a ticket which looks like someone really mishandled it. In which case, is true. Damn you, Szus!
Anyway, we get in and I sit with Cryssie. Right at the back on the stacked chairs. Perfect view by the way.Then the show starts and Cryssie wastes her $10 by getting her sketch book out and drawing.
Actually, the show wasn't too bad.It was...okay.as in, the vaguest sense of the word. But then I thought the guy(Jonathan?)could sing quite okay. Except his sore throat kinda screwed it up. And the teacher(what was her name?!) was freaky. She was like a carbon copy of Cryssie.Very,very freaky.
The show ended about 10.30? I wanted a refund from Yam, but he wouldn't pay me back. Then, surprise! I also finally saw what Ossie looked like. I get chills down my spine just thinking about it. Cryssie, you were right. He is nerdy.
Afterwards, I decide to ditch Cryssie and take the bus. I bump into Yam again, but I walk past him instead.Then we start sms-ing each other when we're only about less than 10m away from each other.
In short, this day has been extremely normal for me. And boring.
Looking forward to Ja's party!It's on the 21st, right?I think it is.

Ja makes an apperance and immediately Lao Shi is pissed...then she surprises everyone by allowing Ja in the class. Ja responses by jumping into class and as usual, falls over something. Not surprising really...
Only 3 more days to AC Superstar! Yay! Yam hasn't bought tickets yet. I'm actually considering buying tickets from the pathetic AC prefects downstairs, who are NOT selling anything and are looking for excuses to talk to the girls.Poor Victoria Martin. If I had to go with them everywhere to sell tickets I would go crazy too...
Science and Home Econs tests after this...ah well.

I might have a chance now...
NJC AAT. Let's just say, I might get in, and leave it at that. Math was a killer. How the hell was I supposed to do the simultanous equation?
2x+3y+2=0
2xy=-1
How was I supposed to do that? Huh? Huh?!Thank God for the Kit Kat.I was almost about to hyperventilate.Almost. Luckily I didn't go there. Yet.
And... Cryssie and I didn't watch Ella Enchanted. Instead, we went to Kino, the library, and Borders.
For once, I actually spent more than her. If that was humanely possible.*snort*
Plus, the bus ride was...interesting. Cryssie sketched a guy on the bus. Only, he was standing right next to us!!! Cryssie, sometimes... you have no sense whatsoever. And calling me trice just to tell me he was cute? I mean, Hello?! How about The Other Person? So mean, hurting his feelings like that...PLUS he was NOT cute, probably in the John Wong category...
